Cornish Cross
The cornish cross is a fast-growing broiler chicken that has an excellent feed conversion ratio, making it one of the best choices to raise for meat. We are careful to keep mobility high to properly develop muscles for development of full flavor.
Pasture Raised
Our birds have as much seasonal access to pasture as possible and feed is never limited. We combat mobility issues by teaching them young to walk and roost, we never limit their mobility even if it means a few extra weeks of growing. We currently have broilers that are over a year old and are able to fly up and roost at night.
